Jubail Pearl Company Limited was founded in 1988 with the vision of delivering material & products services to Saudi Arabia and neighbouring Arab countries markets with the strategy of targeting governments and semi governments projects. We succeeded to be approved as main contractor for United Nations Organizations such as World Food Programme, UNICEF, UNGM, FAO etc…

The first challenging project we executed is the participation in execution of MOU Oil For Food Programme during the sanction on Iraq year 1996 -2003 . We established consortium of 100 company for that purpose and won Billions of USD contracts in delivering food commodities and non-food products for Iraqi citizen. That fortune opportunity reinforced the capabilities of Jubail Pearl and developed its relationships worldwide which enhanced its experiences. We set our strategy to diversify our activities through partnering with leading foreign companies in finding joint venture companies in Saudi Arabia to target mega projects.
