City Exchange was promoted by Mustafa Sultan Enterprises, established in the year 1997 with the first branch in Bur Dubai, Managing Director of the Company is Mr. Akbar Mustafa Sultan, who is the Vice Chairman of the Mustafa Sultan Enterprises, a prominent business group in Oman with diversified business interests.

The Company has its presence in 5 emirates with Head Office in Bur Dubai and a network of eighteen branches; Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Al Quoz, Al Nahda, Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, Satwa, Sonapur, Abudhabi, Mussafah, ICAD Residential City, Al Ain, Sharjah(Rolla), Safeer Market Sharjah, Sharjah Industrial Area 3, Ajman(Al Bustan), Ajman Sanayya and Ras Al Khaimah.
